Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Tic Tac Toe app ("the app") collects and why. Offline games against the computer or a friend on the same phone send nothing to our servers.

What we collect

• Device identifier. A random ID created by the app on first launch and a secret kept in your iPhone Keychain. We use it to sign you in without a password. It is not your Apple advertising ID.
• Profile. Your display name, friend code, rating, league and win/loss/draw counts.
• Email address (optional). Only if you add one in your profile. Used to help recover your account and to answer support requests.
• Social and game data. Friends, friend requests, blocked players, match invites, matches and moves, and chat messages you send to friends.
• Push token. If you allow notifications, a token that lets us notify you of messages, invites and match updates.
• Technical logs. Our server keeps short-lived logs (such as IP address and request time) to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

Only to run the game: signing you in, showing you to your friends, matchmaking and leaderboards, delivering chat and notifications, preventing abuse, and support. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for tracking across other apps and websites.

Who can see it

Other players can see your display name, friend code, rating, league, online status and match results. Chat messages are visible only to you and the friend you send them to. Notification text never contains the message content or names.

Service providers

• Our servers, hosted on our own infrastructure, store the data above.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver notifications. They receive your push token and the notification itself.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Email [email protected] with your friend code to delete your account; we delete it and its data within 30 days. Deleting the app does not delete your account on the server.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, including under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK. Contact us at the email above.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.

Bu politika Tic Tac Toe uygulamasının ("uygulama") hangi verileri neden topladığını açıklar. Bilgisayara karşı veya aynı telefonda oynanan çevrimdışı oyunlar sunucularımıza hiçbir veri göndermez.

Topladıklarımız

• Cihaz kimliği. Uygulamanın ilk açılışta ürettiği rastgele bir kimlik ve iPhone Anahtar Zinciri'nde saklanan bir gizli anahtar. Şifresiz giriş için kullanılır; Apple reklam kimliğin değildir.
• Profil. Görünen adın, arkadaş kodun, puanın, ligin ve galibiyet/mağlubiyet/beraberlik sayıların.
• E-posta adresi (isteğe bağlı). Yalnızca profiline eklersen. Hesap kurtarma ve destek taleplerini yanıtlamak için kullanılır.
• Sosyal ve oyun verileri. Arkadaşlar, arkadaşlık istekleri, engellenen oyuncular, maç davetleri, maçlar ve hamleler, arkadaşlarına gönderdiğin sohbet mesajları.
• Bildirim token'ı. Bildirimlere izin verirsen mesaj, davet ve maç güncellemelerini iletmemizi sağlayan bir token.
• Teknik kayıtlar. Sunucumuz hizmetin güvenli ve çalışır kalması için kısa süreli kayıtlar (IP adresi, istek zamanı gibi) tutar.

Nasıl kullanıyoruz

Yalnızca oyunu çalıştırmak için: giriş, arkadaşlarına görünmen, eşleştirme ve liderlik tablosu, sohbet ve bildirimlerin iletilmesi, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve destek. Verini satmayız, reklam göstermeyiz, diğer uygulama ve sitelerde takip için kullanmayız.

Kim görebilir

Diğer oyuncular görünen adını, arkadaş kodunu, puanını, ligini, çevrimiçi durumunu ve maç sonuçlarını görebilir. Sohbet mesajlarını yalnızca sen ve mesajı gönderdiğin arkadaşın görür. Bildirim metinleri mesaj içeriği veya isim içermez.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Yukarıdaki veriler kendi altyapımızdaki sunucularda saklanır.
• Bildirimleri Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ve Apple Push Notification servisi iletir; bunlar bildirim token'ını ve bildirimin kendisini alır.

Saklama ve silme

Verilerini hesabın var olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını silmek için arkadaş kodunla [email protected] adresine yaz; hesabını ve verilerini 30 gün içinde sileriz. Uygulamayı silmek sunucudaki hesabını silmez.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize ulaş, sileriz.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verinin bir kopyasını isteyebilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini talep edebilirsin. Yukarıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaş.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.
